Mondesign Interior Projects
Mondesign is a Melbourne-based company that delivers Commercial Interior Projects.
Bernadette Monda has a BA in Interior Design from RMIT and founded Mondesign in 1998. She has delivered numerous Projects as both an Interior Designer and a Project Manager. These range from the largest multi-floor fit outs to smaller tenancies. In addition she has managed multiple projects for a large CBD Property Portfolio.

Mondesign offers Client Side Project Management with a strong on-site presence.
Commercial Clients and Designers value Bernadette's extensive Design & on-site PM experience, especially during construction. She saves Clients so much time as their a single point of contact during projects. Clear documentation and a solution-oriented approach with Clients, Designers and the on-site Delivery Teams are all important parts of the Mondesign Trademark.

How We Work
Interior Design Phase
Initially, Mondesign collaborates with the Client and Designer during the Design Phase.
- Input on site selection and suitability is available.
- We assist in reviewing Interior Concept Designs.
- Project delivery timelines are checked closely with leasing agreement dates.
- Indicative Costings assist with Design decisions
Pre-Construction - Budgets & Tenders
Then, as the Project Manager, Mondesign partners with the Designer to further develop the Design.
- We review Specified Fitout Components so that Client needs and Design Integrity are protected.
- Itemised Budget Estimates offer realistic costing and Project peace of mind.
- The Design & Project Budget are now signed off.
- Tender Packages can now be prepared & issued.
- Mondesign then coordinates Tender process.
Construction - Project Management
Mondesign provides On-Site Project Management to ensure the project stays on time and on budget.
- Our on-site presence deliver quality, clear timelines, safety and contractor performance.
- We communicate with the Client, Designer & Building Manager throughout the project.
- This builds Trust, Mutual Respect and helps ensure on-time Project Delivery.
