Mondesign is a Melbourne-based company that delivers Commercial Interior Projects.
Bernadette Monda has a BA in Interior Design from RMIT and founded Mondesign in 1998. She has delivered numerous Projects as both an Interior Designer and a Project Manager. These range from the largest multi-floor fit outs to smaller tenancies. In addition she has managed multiple projects for a large CBD Property Portfolio.
Mondesign offers Client Side Project Management with a strong on-site presence.
Commercial Clients and Designers value Bernadette's extensive Design & on-site PM experience, especially during construction. She saves Clients so much time as their a single point of contact during projects. Clear documentation and a solution-oriented approach with Clients, Designers and the on-site Delivery Teams are all important parts of the Mondesign Trademark.

Initially, Mondesign collaborates with the Client and Designer during the Design Phase.
Then, as the Project Manager, Mondesign partners with the Designer to further develop the Design.
Mondesign provides On-Site Project Management to ensure the project stays on time and on budget.

Building Managers are vital to the success of any Interior Fitout. We communicate closely with them to ensure they are always in the loop.
We have a team of consultants in: Fire, Electrical, Data, Mechanical, Security, Hydraulic and Structural. They provide expert advice.
Good contractors are vital for an on time project. Mondesign works with a proven group of electricians, tilers, plasterers etc.
Bernadette worked for a number of Global furniture suppliers early in her career. She has extensive commercial furniture experience.
A trusted builder is absolutely vital to a project's success. This is why Mondesign only works with a small number of proven partners.
As required under Victorian legislation Mondesign has Professional Indemnity Insurance as a safeguard to clients.

Mondesign is a registered Victorian Building Authority (VBA) practitioner. This keeps us up to date with building laws and regulations.
